HUNGARIAN CABBAGE ROLLS RECIPE

Cabbage Rolls Recipe Ingredients

***For the Stuffing***
2 1/4 pounds pork, ground very greasy
1 teaspoon salt (as required)
1/2 cup bacon, smoked, diced OR greasy smoked ham, slashed fine
1 egg crude
1/2 cup rice squashed
1 teaspoon pepper, dark
1 huge cabbage OR harsh arranged leaves
1 tablespoon paprika powder, sweet
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika powder, hot
3 1/3 pounds sauerkraut
1/2 cup onion minced/ground OR sub. 2 entire bulbs garlic
4 inlet leaves entirety
1 handfull peppercorns, dark, entire (discretionary)
water to cover (see directions!)
3 paprika peppers (or more, as required)

***For the Sauce***
1 tablespoon paprika powder, sweet
1 cup fat softened goose (best!) or pig fat
1/2 cup flour
1 cup harsh cream

Cabbage Rolls Recipe Instructions

Solidify all the ingredients of the filling (cloth, herbs, rice) except the cabbage. Mix well. Add any egg when dry or whenever you like. You can taste it to check the sharpness of the pepper taste.Buy stuffed sauerkraut leaves individually in bunches or remove the stalk from a large cabbage, add salt and plenty of water to a large saucepan and heat the cabbage until the leaves are tender.Take boiled cabbage leaves. They should be tender and flexible. 

If the bar is still extreme, it may very well be removed.Place the segments (about 1/2 cup) in each cabbage leaf and roll up, tucking in the sides as you go.Try not to wash sauerkraut.Line the bottom of a large stockpot (at least 3 liters) with the pancetta. Place in the oven for a few minutes until the fat comes out of the fabric. Remove from stove.  

Add one thing: a large helping of sauerkraut and a whole onion/garlic. Arrange the filled rolls in the pan and stack them on top of each other until they are all used up.Place remaining sauerkraut on stacked buns. Add enough water to cover the sandwiches. It can be pure water or water in which smoked ham or other smoked meat has been cooked.Sprinkle with peppercorns, whole peppers and bay leaves. Cover and cook over low heat for at least 3 or 4 hours.Lemon-butter-pasta-with-artichokes-and.

Don't try to mix. Watch carefully not to overcook.When the stuffed cabbage is tender, remove any peppers and tough leaves. (a few peppercorns may remain) Remove the rolls from the cabbage and set aside.To the pan in which you melted the pork/goose fat, add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture takes on a light earthy colour.

Once the tone is right, add the paprika powder and then add this combination to the kale mixture in the unfilled jar. Mix well, then add the cabbage rolls back in. This combination can now be eaten in pieces or frozen. To serve, top with heavy cream over hot stuffed cabbage.
