Cabbage Rolls (Golabki) Recipe
Attempt this Cabbage Rolls formula (Golabki)... an exemplary Hungarian's ...pleasant taste !
This is a combination of hamburger, pork, rice, and flavors enclosed by cabbage and heated with sauerkraut and tomato soup, finished off with bacon.
Fixings:
- 32 oz. container sauerkraut - depleted
- 2 lbs. lean ground hamburger
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 drug. onions - cleaved
- 1 Tbls. vegetable oil
- 16 oz. would tomato be able to sauce
- 1 1/4 cups un-cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 heads cabbage - bubbled entire until delicate, cooled
- (2) 10.75 oz. jars dense tomato soup - ready as coordinated
- 1/2 lb. crude bacon
Guidelines
-Spread sauerkraut in the lower part of a 13" X 9" X 2" skillet; put away.
-In an enormous pot over medium-high hotness, earthy colored meat, pork, and onion in oil. Spicy-beef-curry-stew.
-Mix pureed tomatoes, rice, milk, Worcestershiresauce, and garlic powder into container.
-Wrap 1/2 cup meat blend in each leaf of cabbage and secure with toothpicks.
-Lay rolls on sauerkraut, pour tomato soup uniformly over rolls, and lay segments of bacon over rolls.
-Heat, covered, in a 350 degree stove for 2 hours. Japanese-curry-and-rice-recipe.
