Cook cabbage in bubbling water just until external leaves pull away effectively from head. Put away 12 huge leaves for rolls. In a little bowl, consolidate the hamburger, pork, 1/2 cup pureed tomatoes, onion, rice, parsley, salt, dill and cayenne; blend well.Spinach-artichoke-dip.
Remove the thick vein from the lower part of each leaf, making a V-formed cut. Place around 1/4 cup meat blend on a cabbage leaf; cross-over cut finishes of leaf. Overlay in sides. Starting from the cut end, roll up. Rehash.
Cut the leftover cabbage; place in an ovenproof Dutch stove. Organize the cabbage rolls crease side down over cut cabbage. Join the tomatoes, sugar and remaining pureed tomatoes; pour over the rolls.
